Sajou Cross Stitch Kits- Marie Antoinette 4 Round Boxes

These designs are part of our Museums and Heritage collection and draw inspiration from both the interiors of the Petit Trianon and the sumptuous fabrics that adorned the Queen’s apartments.

Each box offers a different interpretation of this delicate and refined universe: the Marie-Antoinette monogram, the Queen’s personal symbol, a rose motif taken from the Petit Trianon fabric, a cornflower motif - historically known as barbeau in French decorative arts, and a rose wreath taken from the sumptuous Grand Broché de la Reine. 

These four designs illustrate different facets of the Queen’s textile and decorative world, from the intimacy of the Petit Trianon to the splendour of the Palace of Versailles.
