Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your package was marked delivered to issue a request for a return! You can do so through our returns portal found here. Returns will only be accepted if your clothing item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
There will be no fee for exchanges and returns for store credit. For returns requesting a refund to their original form of payment there will be a $10 return processing fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received by our warehouse and is confirmed to be in its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed. If there is an issue with the product that will prevent approval of the request, a member of our team will contact you directly.
Return Process
All returns are processed through Loop Returns. After filing for a return through the returns portal on our website, you will be sent a shipping label to send back your items. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in the same condition and packaging they were received in.

Your refund will be processed once it is delivered to and reviewed at our warehouse. Please allow for 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
